How do I place an order?

Can I order sleeves or split cartons?

We wholesale in full cartons for most of our products. Learn more about our distribution network or apply to become a distributor here.

Under special circumstances, our Brisbane office offers retail solutions to our local food service customers – but only if you are not already buying from one of our distribution partners.

Can I request samples?

You are welcome to try out samples of our products. Contact us with product codes of the items you are interested in and we will arrange them for you.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We have a friendly team operating on the ground here in Brisbane - we welcome you to stop in, chat and experience our products.

Where do I find price information for your products?

When browsing products on our website, simply add your items of interest into your enquiry list by clicking the 'add to enquiry' button.

A customised enquiry list will be automatically generated for you. You can view or edit it by clicking the 'enquiry list' button on our website menu. When you are ready, fill in your contact details and send your request to us. One of our team will be in touch to provide you with the relevant pricing information.

Do you supply to New Zealand?

Bonson is a proudly Kiwi owned company with our head office in Auckland, New Zealand. Head to our NZ site to see products and content specific to your location.

Freight & deliveries

What are your shipping and delivery times?

Our team works hard to deliver your orders safely and without delay. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, metro deliveries will take between 1-4 business days and regional deliveries will take between 2-5 business days from dispatch.

We understand that freight and shipment schedules can be impacted by COVID-19. In the case of unexpected delays, we will get in touch as soon as we can.

How do I arrange for next-day delivery?

All orders for next-working-day delivery must be placed before 2pm AEST on the previous working day.

Can I order your products in freezer-grade or different colours?

Most of our polypropylene (PP) packaging is available in freezer-grade or colour options, with different MOQ requirements. Contact us to find out more.

Can I brand/ customise my packaging?

Do you make custom packaging with specific dimensions, colour or shape?

Outside of Bonson's extensive range of products, we can also create customised packaging unique to your exact specification and requirements via our Bonson Custom division.

What is in-mould labelling (IML)?

We use the latest in in-mould labelling technology to help enhance packaging shelf-appeal and sometimes shelf-life. Visit our Bonson Custom division to learn more.

How do I find lids to fit your products?

Most of our products have compatible lids-to-fit available. You will see them in the 'products to match' section within each of our product pages on our website.

What are the end-of-life options for your products?

Bonson is committed to a circular economy. We supply a wide range of packaging solutions that fall into different levels of the waste hierarchy — our goal is to offer choices in support of our customers' own sustainability commitments.

What food contents or applications are your products suitable for?

We offer a wide range of products that are suitable for different applications. You will see a product's general suitability information under the 'suitable for' section within each product page.

How are you operating safely?

Under COVID-19 restrictions, we take extra precautions following health authority's advice to keep our people and customers safe. This includes:

  • All workers are adhering to strict physical distancing rules.

  • Increase cleaning frequencies and scope particularly on communal contact surfaces.

  • All workers with possible COVID-19 symptoms are advised to stay at home.

We also tightened our delivery protocols to ensure contacts are minimised, including:

  • All delivering vehicles are equipped with PPEs, including hand sanitiser, disposable gloves, and face masks.

  • All deliveries are contactless. This means we will no longer deliver into customers' premises unless necessary.

  • Signatures are no longer required upon delivery, but we do ask for a name and contact details for verification purposes.
