Returns Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made with Bonson-Savpac Pty. Ltd., with the sale transaction fully processed and an invoice documenting the transaction. 

Return requests should be made within 30 days of invoice by either calling Bonson on 07 3323 3311 or by emailing salesqld@bonsonpackaging.com

We will endeavour to respond to your request within 3 working days.

Damages and issues
We take pride in our product quality and always try to ensure products are delivered to you in the condition they are expected to be. However, please always inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Goods damaged by you (or your agents) are not eligible for return. Any goods, or packaging that have been written on or defaced by you or your courier will not be eligible for return.

Stock Returns for Credit
Eligible returns can only be accepted by Bonson for credit within 30 days from invoice date. If you (the customer) wish to return product the following conditions will apply:

  • Returned products can only be credited at the value on the original invoice
  • You (the customer) agree to pay a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned product
  • You (the customer) agree to pay the cost of freight of the goods back to Bonson
  • Bonson will only accept unopened full cartons
  • Goods to be returned must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition acceptable to Bonson
  • Bonson only accepts complete cartons with no items missing. 
  • Bonson does not accept sleeves of products nor individual items for return.  The only exception is if the product was sold as an individual item.

Bonson will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  All agreed refunds will be applied as a credit to your account with Bonson.  No cash refunds will be made. 

All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Bonson. Bonson is under no obligation to accept returns of goods from customers.
