Shipping policy
Click & Collect
We offer a “click & collect” service for all customers, including local, regional and interstate. If you would like to use this service, please advise us at the time of your order and allow at least 2 hours, if local, or 1 full business day, if regional or interstate, for us to pick your order and have it ready for you to collect at our warehouse.
If you are placing your order online for click and collect we will SMS or email you with details of when your order will be available for collection. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS or email within 24 hours, please contact us by phone - 07 3323 3311 or email salesqld@bonsonpackaging.com .
Local Brisbane Deliveries:
Orders over $150+gst are freight free for local Brisbane deliveries. For orders under $150+gst there will be an additional freight charge of $35+gst per order.
Local deliveries are considered to be within 160km of our warehouse at 50 Activity St, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110.
We deliver to specific areas on specific days. Please refer to the Delivery Schedule below for all deliveries to the metropolitan Brisbane area, inland to Ipswich, north to Sunshine Coast, south to Gold Coast to see which day(s) your orders may be delivered on. Order cut off is 2pm the day prior. Schedule is subject to change without notice.
NOTE: If your order is being delivered to a residential or commercial address that is difficult to find, or only open during limited hours, please provide instructions for our driver to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address at a time that is appropriate. We will not accept responsibility for delivered items that may be stolen if left unattended at your provided address.
South East QLD Regional Deliveries:
We also make additional runs to regional SE QLD approximately every 8 weeks, including Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Gympie.
Delivery fees are charged at the following rates:
- 1 carton $30+gst.
- 2-10 cartons $20+gst per carton.
- 11+ cartons $13+gst per carton applies.
Orders over $1200+gst are freight free for SE QLD regional deliveries.
When you place your order we will advise the estimated delivery date to your regional area. The exact date will be confirmed 7-10 days prior to delivery. If you require urgent delivery we can arrange this for an additional cost, or you can arrange for it to be picked up.
We can also provide pricing for pallet deliveries. Call us on 07 3323 3311 to discuss this option.
Deliveries to all other Australian locations:
Interstate deliveries to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, TAS, NT & WA will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination. If you wish to arrange a freight collection from us using your own specified freight company, please advise us at the time you place your order.
